How Our Pricing Works

Priced to the level of support you need

Our pricing is based on the level of coaching and support your team needs to solve the specific challenges you're facing. During the sales process, your coach will recommend the plan that best aligns with your goals, pace, and available resources. Once your plan is selected, we begin with Alignment Day, an intensive kickoff designed to get your entire team on the same page. Many clients also add on services like website development or paid media, which are scoped separately.

If you're committed to doing this right and want to avoid the trial-and-error that slows most teams down, start with Mastery. In our experience, it's the best fit for most companies. If you need to move faster and want to complete implementation within 12-18 months, Mastery Accelerated may be a good fit.

That said, we've seen teams find success starting with Guidance, especially if they've previously had success self-implementing other business frameworks. Of course, you can always adjust your plan as your needs evolve.

If your current site is holding you back, you may need a full redesign. This includes strategic messaging, UX design, conversion optimization, and development on HubSpot CMS or WordPress. For a faster, more cost-efficient option, we also offer builds using our HubSpot TRUST theme.

Self-service tools

We help you plan the right self-service tools (pricing calculators, assessments, configurators) and can build them for you. That includes mapping the logic, writing the copy, and integrating with your site and CRM. Some clients also use PriceGuide.ai as a lower-cost option.

Learning center development

Usually $5,000–$10,000

Many clients have us build and launch a Learning Center to house all of their Endless Customers content, including layout design, tagging systems, filters, and content migration.

The two roles that make Endless Customers work are a content manager and a videographer. If you don't already have them on staff, you'll need to hire for both, usually within the first 6-12 months.

Pricing Questions

Is there a contract or commitment length?
It typically takes most companies about 24 months to achieve mastery in all areas of the Endless Customers System. That said, we don't lock anyone into a long-term contract. All of our coaching programs are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. We earn your trust and your business every single month.
Can we switch plans later if we need more or less support?
Yes. Most clients revisit their level of support during quarterly planning sessions, when we map out the focus areas and training needed for the next 90 days. That's typically the best time to evaluate whether you need to scale up or down based on your goals, pace, and internal capacity.
What's the total cost to implement Endless Customers over a year?
It varies depending on your current team, goals, and pace. Coaching and training typically range from $75,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on the level of support. Website projects, if needed, usually fall between $25,000 and $50,000 annually. Staffing (a content manager and, over time, a videographer) is often the biggest consideration, along with technology and a one-time video equipment investment in the range of $2,000 to $5,000. Most of these are investments most growing businesses are already making.
What kind of ROI can we expect, and how long does it take?
ROI varies by company, but the potential is significant. Most companies we work with see a 3 to 5 times increase in qualified opportunities entering their pipeline, and those opportunities convert at a higher rate.
