Endless Customers is a brand of IMPACT, located at 125 Commerce Court, Suite 9, Cheshire, CT 06410. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Endless Customers," it means IMPACT and its associated brands operating at endlesscustomers.com.

When you fill out a form, subscribe to our content, purchase a product, attend a webinar, or contact us, you may provide: your name, email address, company name, website URL, phone number, job title, and any other information you include in a message or form field.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (you will be notified in that event).
Data retention
We retain contact and form submission data for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us, after which inactive records are deleted or anonymized. Client and billing data is retained for seven years as required by Connecticut law. You may request deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, and receive a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@endlesscustomers.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
