Our commitment

Endless Customers is committed to ensuring that our website and digital content are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across all pages of endlesscustomers.com.

What we've done

In building this site, we have:

• Used semantic HTML throughout — headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels are properly marked up
• Provided visible focus indicators so keyboard navigation is clear on every interactive element
• Included "skip to main content" links on every page
• Ensured all images have descriptive alt text, or are marked as decorative where appropriate
• Designed with color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA requirements
• Built the dark/light mode toggle to respect system preferences by default
• Tested navigation with keyboard-only interaction

Known limitations

This site is currently a design prototype, and some sections are under active development. Known limitations include:

• Some embedded third-party content (YouTube videos, HubSpot calendar embeds) may not be fully accessible — this is controlled by the third-party provider
• Some interactive components (accordion menus, dropdown navigation) are being reviewed for full ARIA compliance
• PDF downloads (if any) may not be fully accessible — we are working to provide accessible alternatives

Testing approach

We test using keyboard navigation, macOS VoiceOver, and automated tools including Lighthouse and axe. Our design QA checklist (based on the WCAG 2.1 quick reference) is applied to every new page before launch.
