How We Help Compare Your Options

Every path to better marketing, compared honestly.

Most companies have four options when they want to improve how they market and sell. Here's a straight look at what each one actually delivers — and who each one is right for.

DIY Marketing
Your internal team handles everything without outside structure, training, or coaching. Low cost upfront; results depend entirely on execution.
Marketing Agency
You outsource marketing to an agency that does the work for you. Good for campaigns; less effective at building internal capability.
Endless Customers
We coach your team to own your marketing and sales — with a system, a dedicated coach, and measurable milestones that compound over time.

Option 1
DIY

Your team figures it out independently. Can work well if you have talented marketers and strong internal leadership. Rarely produces compounding results without a clear system.

Best for: Companies with strong internal marketing talent and discipline — but no clear framework.

Option 2
Hire an Agency

An agency does the marketing for you. Good for specific campaigns or channels where you lack internal bandwidth. The risk: results often stop when the contract ends, and your team never learns.

Best for: Companies that need quick campaign output and aren't yet ready to build internal capability.

Option 3 — Our Approach
EC Coaching

We coach your team to build a world-class content engine using the Endless Customers system. You do the work; we guide every step. The skills and content stay with you forever.

Best for: Companies ready to invest 12–18 months in becoming the most trusted voice in their industry.

Option 4
EC Services

Need a specific deliverable — a website, a HubSpot build, a paid campaign? Our services team can do the work for you, or alongside your team, within the EC framework.

Best for: Companies that need specific execution help while building internal capability over time.

The companies that win are the ones whose teams understand their buyers better than anyone else in the market.

That's not something you can outsource permanently. You can hire people to jump-start it — but eventually, it has to live inside your company. That's what we build together.

Common questions about this choice

Can I work with an agency and do EC coaching at the same time?

Yes — many of our clients have agencies handling specific channels (paid ads, PR) while EC coaching builds their internal content and sales alignment capability. The key is making sure the agency is aligned with your EC strategy, not working against it.

What's the minimum commitment for EC coaching?

The coaching program runs in 90-Day Cycles at $3,500 per month (base), starting with an onboarding cycle. Most clients see meaningful results after two to three cycles. We don't lock you into multi-year contracts — you stay because it's working. See full pricing details.

We've worked with agencies before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

The fundamental difference: with an agency, the knowledge, relationships, and content strategy stay with the agency. With EC coaching, they stay with your team. If you've come out of agency relationships without having built internal capability, that's exactly the gap we're designed to fill. We'll also be honest with you during a discovery call about whether your team and situation are genuinely set up for this to work — or whether something else is a better fit first.

Does EC offer done-for-you services, or only coaching?

Both. The coaching program is our flagship — your team does the work with our guidance. But we also offer specific services: website redesign, HubSpot implementation, paid advertising, and AI services. Many clients combine both.
