Answers to the most common questions about attending or sponsoring Endless Customers Live.

Why aren't there more sessions on AI?
AI is important, but it's just a tool. Without the right foundation, it won't drive real results. At Endless Customers Live, we focus on the fundamentals of the Endless Customers system, because that's what actually makes AI work. That said, we do include breakout sessions where you'll see how to apply AI tools in a practical way within the system.
Will session recordings, slide decks, or materials be available after the event?
All slides will be made available to attendees within 48 hours of the event. We record all main-stage sessions. Full access to every recording and resource is included for Pro members of IMPACT+ within 2 weeks of the event.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit companies?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on tickets. Please email events@impactplus.com for more information.
Do sponsors need to register?
You can bring as many people as you'd like but every attendee, even sponsors, needs a ticket. Sponsorship packages include 1-2 tickets depending on the package purchased, and additional tickets are at a discounted cost.
Where's the hotel?
Both the event and accommodations are at the Hartford Marriott Downtown, 200 Columbus Blvd, Hartford, CT 06103. Room rate starts from $265 plus tax. Block closes Friday, September 4, 2026.
Are there group discounts?
Yes, we have group discounts available for groups of 5 or more. Choose the group ticket type at checkout. For groups of 10+ please email events@impactplus.com.
What is your refund, cancellation, and ticket-transfer policy?
You may request a refund up to 30 days before the event; we'll issue a full refund minus processing fees. Within 30 days, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee or receive a credit toward any IMPACT event within the next 12 months. Refunds are not available for no-shows.
Can attendees upgrade or transfer their ticket to someone else?
Yes! You can upgrade your ticket at any time, and tickets are fully transferable, so you may send a substitute attendee at any point.
What forms of payment do you accept for registration?
We accept all major credit cards at checkout, and invoice/ACH payments are available upon request.
Can I register on-site, or do I need to purchase my ticket in advance?
On-site registration and ticket upgrades are available, but we strongly recommend registering in advance so we can plan for seating, meals, and the best possible experience.
Is parking available at the venue, and what does it cost?
Yes, parking is available on-site at the hotel. Attendees receive 50% off the self-parking rate in the covered garage. Regular self-parking is $44/night with in-and-out privileges (validation required).
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual or business professional. Branded company apparel (like polos) is absolutely welcome.
Will there be Wi-Fi available for attendees?
We do not provide Wi-Fi in the ballroom as this is an immersive, distraction-free event with printed workbooks. Hotel guests have access to lobby Wi-Fi, but in-session Wi-Fi is not offered.
What is your policy on photography, video, or recording during sessions?
We record all sessions, so there's no need to photograph every slide. We ask that attendees keep photography and recording during sessions to a minimum. You're welcome to take photos during breaks, networking, and receptions.
Will the event be live streamed?
This is an in-person event only. Select session recordings will be available afterward for attendees, and full access is included for IMPACT+ Pro members.
Who is the event best suited for?
Endless Customers Live is designed for business owners, CEOs, sales and marketing leaders, content creators, and videographers. Companies between $3M and $100M in revenue tend to see the strongest results.
Can attendees bring guests, spouses, or children to any part of the event?
We recommend not bringing guests. Every attendee needs a ticket, and we do not have dedicated space for spouses or children during sessions. If you are a nursing parent, we will do our best to accommodate and we do have a mother's room available.
